This interior tells the story of how industrial austerity can be transformed when filled with natural warmth and contemporary art accents. At the core of the project lies a bold fusion of loft’s raw aesthetics and Scandinavian coziness, where every detail is designed to keep the space functional, alive, and harmonious.

Project description
Contemporary Art in the Interior
To emphasize status and add emotional depth, I integrated elements of collectible design and modern art into the project.
Be@rbrick
Iconic figurines by the Japanese brand Medicom Toy. Minimalist in form yet diverse in style, these bears are recognized as symbols of both pop culture and collectible art. Their simplicity fits seamlessly into the loft aesthetic, while their variations highlight individuality.
Balloon Dog
The famous sculpture by American artist Jeff Koons, one of the most influential figures in contemporary art. This piece embodies joy and playfulness, striking a balance between the loft’s industrial rawness and lighthearted emotion.
Mickey Mouse
The legendary Disney character, symbolizing dreams, childhood, and optimism. His presence brings an emotional touch to the interior, reminding us that behind sophistication and structure lies a living, beating heart.
The final result is a symbiosis of architectural rigor and soulful warmth.
Industrial frames coexist with the softness of Scandinavian design, while contemporary art brings freshness and prestige. This interior is at once a home, a gallery, and a place of strength — a space designed for living, creating, and gathering with loved ones.
Natural Accents
The key to creating warmth was the use of wood. A massive wooden dining table with expressive texture, herringbone parquet, checkered-upholstered chairs, and hand-knitted details form the foundation of coziness and home comfort. These elements gently contrast with concrete walls and industrial surfaces, softening the cold loft atmosphere into an inviting and inspiring living space.
Light and Space
A facade wall of panoramic windows opens onto a breathtaking sea view. Natural light floods the interior, highlighting textures and seamlessly blending the space with the surrounding nature. Throughout the day, the atmosphere shifts: in the morning, sunlight fills the room with a gentle glow, while at sunset, the sea’s reflections create a mood of intimacy and tranquility.
Accent Lighting
A spherical metal chandelier seems to “float” within the space. Its rounded form balances the sharp geometry of the loft and introduces a sense of lightness. The fixture plays with reflections and shadow, evoking the effect of airy balloons suspended in an industrial environment.
Modular Furniture
At the heart of the living area sits a modular sofa — a contemporary solution that adapts to any mood or occasion. It’s a kind of LEGO for adults, easily reconfigured for cozy evenings or lively gatherings. Deep chocolate leather cushions and elegant side tables complete the composition, enhancing both functionality and harmony.
Living Warmth
The fireplace, featuring innovative “fire from water” technology, becomes the soul of the interior. Its gentle flame is generated by water vapor rather than smoke, offering a safe, eco-friendly, and mesmerizing effect. This centerpiece radiates comfort, drawing people together and turning the home into a place of warm conversations and shared moments.
Harmony of Contrasts
Loft style is often associated with minimalism, severity, and coolness. Yet here, the thoughtful integration of wood, a fireplace, and collectible art transforms the space into a stylish gallery for living. Every element plays a role: wood provides warmth, the fireplace creates atmosphere, art objects add cultural weight, and panoramic windows connect the home with nature.
